On Site Property Manager

Job Overview

Bruce Village Apartments in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated, hands-on couple to manage our 50 unit community. This on-site position requires a jack- of- all- trades approach to property management, maintenance and tenant relations.

Requirements:

Must be a couple willing to live on-site

Experience in apartment management and maintenance

Ability to handle basic repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep

Must have your own tools and reliable transportation

Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the property

Maintenance and minor repairs as needed

Tenant relations, leasing, and rent collection

Ensuring the community is clean and well-maintained
