OTR Drivers No SAP Mile & Bonus Pay

$0.60 per mile for Reefer.

2,500-3,500 average miles per week

$1,350 - $1,500 average Gross Pay per week per driver (based on 2,300-2,500 miles per week)

$1,800 at 3000 miles per week

$2,100 at 3500 miles per week

Each load averages 800-1,000 miles

BreakDown Pay $100/day (if the breakdown lasts 8 hours)

Detention Pay $15/hour after 3 hours up to 8 hours (only if specific appointment vs. first come first serve)

Layover Pay $100 (if Detention reaches 8+ hours).

Health Benefits

Optional: Driver Legal Plan $2.98 per week (Highly Recomended).

Optional: Operational Escrow (Highly Recomended) - "Savings Account" to provide driver with consistant paycheck during vacations or other situtations. Weekly contribution amount is up to driver.

Unemployemnt/work gap Policy: Answer Pending

Felony Convictions: none for 7 years

Misdemeanors: Answer Pending

Drug Conviction/Positive Drug Test: NEVER

DUI/DWI/OUI: NEVER

SAP: NEVER

Haz-Mat Not required (we don't run Haz-Mat loads)

DOT Physical Requirements: Must not expire for at least 6 months

CDL A Requirements: Must not expire for at least 6 months
