Apartment Builidng Caretaker/Maintenance

Seeking part time help with caretaking and maintenance.

Might be more, if your skill set is strong enough for additional tasks.

This is for several apartment buildings.

Basic need include:

Keeping common areas and outdoor areas clean and tidy.

Picking up stray trash, keeping trash bin area, free from trash on grounds and in the wooded property lines.

Changing out liners of trash barrels.

Cleaning/vacuuming of interior halls and stairs

Helping with unit turns by removing trash and debris

During yard season, cut grass, weed-whack, deal with grass clippings, trim back bushes, keep beds maintained (equipment provided).

During snow season, salt and shovel walkways and steps.

Moving large items (with a moving dolly), such as fridges, and stoves. Involves stairs in many cases.

Basic use of a phone for calls/texts and a couple of apps for managing tasks.

Can work in, and around residents, in a professional manor.

Additional skills are helpful and will increase available hours.

Such as. Unit painting for turn-over, and/or light repairs, basic plumbing repairs, etc.
