You will need to provide the court locations and areas of law that you are willing and able to cover by visiting our website atwww.attorneysinmotion.com and creating an account. Once your account is created you will being receiving regular notices of upcoming hearings.

All special appearance attorneys are required to provide a valid California State Bar Card, and a resume presenting relevant courtroom experience.

Appearance attorney assignments are assigned as independent contractors working on behalf of a lawyer of record. Special appearance attorneys are paid within 14 days of each appearance.
