Job Duties:

Assist other team members making and receiving calls

Handle incoming requests from customers/clients and outside agents.

Coordinate the movements of trucks in and out of locations.

Communicate with drivers and dispatchers via telephone, email and fax.

Address any client concerns immediately and resolve issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified applicant must be a team player and strong leader with excellent communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to organize, direct and manage multiple tasks in a changing complex environment. Intermediate PC, internet, email, and computer skills required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma and 1 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fast-paced transportation terminal environment.

WORK HOURS AND AVAILABILITY:

Designated work location at office or terminal for an average of 45 hours per week. Must be available and on call while off-duty. for emergency situations.

Deliveries are accurately scheduled and delivered on time.

Maintain positive driver relations.

100% adherence to all safety and legal regulations

Equipment tracking, maintenance, and reporting

All internal and external reports are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Ensure that all Company policies and procedures and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
