This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to grow with our company. Job OverviewAs a Home Inspector for Always Faithful Home Inspection, you will be responsible for conducting thorough home inspections in the Tucson area, adhering to Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR) standards of practice. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and an autonomous work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive home inspections according to AZ BTR standards of practicePrepare detailed, accurate inspection reports using company-provided softwareManage your own schedule and maintain an up-to-date calendar for online bookingsCommunicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and company managementConduct termite inspections (if certified - training available)Opportunity to perform additional services such as sewer scopes and mold inspections (certification and training available)QualificationsLicensed Home Inspector in Arizona (or in final stages of obtaining license - company is willing to provide free parallel inspections alongside our team members upon a signed employment agreement if all other qualifications and requirements are met)Willingness to obtain termite certification (if not already certified)Strong knowledge of residential construction and building systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPhysical ability to climb ladders, access roofs, and crawl in confined spacesProficiency with technology, including tablets and inspection softwareWillingness to communicate with customers outside of business hours for occasional questions (flexible with your schedule)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationProfessional appearance and demeanorRequired EquipmentiPad with unlimited data planBasic inspection tools (comprehensive kit not required, but preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience in the construction or home inspection industryBilingual in English and SpanishCertifications in additional inspection services (sewer scopes, mold inspections)Compensation and Benefits65% commission on inspection fees and profit from termite inspections, except for roofing or other ancillary specialist contractors booked.Full retention of trip fees/mileage reimbursement for inspections outside the standard service areaFlexible schedule with the ability to set your own hoursOpportunity for growth and increased income as the market expandsAbout Always Faithful Home InspectionVeteran-founded and woman-owned, Always Faithful Home Inspection is a trusted name in the Tucson area, known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service.
