We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle client communications, assist with service coordination, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Job Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing inquiries, assisting with document submissions, and coordinating tax and accounting tasks with internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and courteous service.

Assist clients with uploading tax documents and ensure all required paperwork is submitted correctly.

Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.

Assign client work to the operations team and track progress to ensure timely completion of accounting and tax services.

Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, outstanding invoices, and service updates.

Call and engage with existing and new clients daily to provide assistance and build strong relationships.

Assist in invoicing and payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow coordination and on-time project completion.

Maintain accurate client records in the system and update information as needed.

Provide basic guidance on firm services and direct clients to the appropriate team members for complex inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative roles, preferably in a CPA, tax, or financial services firm.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.

A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Work Environment:

Office-based role in Artesia, CA (not remote).

The position involves daily phone calls and in-person interactions with clients
