Job Description:

Handling Inbound Calls / Scrub, transfer, callback, follow ups / Telecommunication Sales - Spectrum, Centurylink, Frontier, Hughes, ATT & Direct TV, TMobile, Vivint Home Security and others

Schedule:

Morning, Evening, Mon.-Fri.

Inbound Calls/callbacks/follow ups

Duties:

Primarily duties would be Answering calls/transfer calls / callback follow ups

Sell products to Inbound leads - Recommending the best telecommunication solution available.

Submit orders by referring to online database and product portals.

Show Enthusiasm/Professionalism with Customers.

Fast-paced, flexible, team environment

Paid while training

Some sales experience / over the phone / call center experience preferred. Bilingual preferred but Not necessary.
