DSP Caregiver

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking to fill positions in VALLEY CENTER & MIRA MESA.

We are currently looking for a DSP Direct Service Professional/Caregiver to add to our team! We are a care home looking for a DSP/Caregiver that will be working with adults that have developmental disabilities. The care home consists of 4 adult males that live there 24/7. The position requires you to watch the residents and medication dispensing. The job may include the following: daily note taking, cooking, housekeeping, some travel to Dr appts (on occasion), indoor and outdoor activities with the residents. All residents are full capable and do NOT require bathing, dressing or grooming.

Experience preferred but no required. Training will be provided to all new hires. Starting wage is $18-23hr depending on level of experience and upon completing required professional training. If you currently have the necessary training will start the pay at the higher end. Bilingual a plus but not necessary.

Requirements:

Criminal Background Check

Physical, TB Test Clearance, Flu Vaccination

Fully COVID vaccinated with booster or exempt certificate

CPR/First Aid Certified
