We are looking for an experienced electrician with 5+ years of experience to join our team. We specialize in small, in-and-out jobs, aiming to complete 2-4 leads per day across the Bay Area.

How We Work:

- Flexible schedule: We work whenever we have leads—no set hours.

- Operating Sunday to Friday, with Saturdays off.

- Each electrician is paid 30% of the total job price after materials are deducted.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in the electrical field.

- Own vehicle and tools.

- Punctual and excellent at managing time.

- Strong communication skills with both dispatch and customers.

- Professional appearance and attitude on every job.

- Customer service is key—we take pride in delivering top-notch service.

- Must be able to follow instructions from dispatch and management.

- Must speak English well.

- No alcohol or drugs allowed at all while working for this company. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination.
