Architectural Designer

Seeking an intermediate level freelance design consultant to assist the Architect & provide design support. Skills and abilities must include:

Ability to assist with design presentation - produce schematic drawings, and rendered images for design presentation.

Ability to develop a complete set of construction documents from architects' sketches. Able to understand construction detailing.

Coordination of engineering design with document set.

Basic understanding of California Building Codes including Cal Green, Energy standards and Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
