FRONT DESK/ NIGHT AUDIT
Job Summary:
The Front Desk/Night Auditor provides excellent guest service while performing night shift audit duties. This role combines front desk responsibilities with accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records and a smooth hotel operation overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet/check-in guests and handle inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Process guest check-outs and payments, manage room reservations.
Perform end-of-day financial audits and reconcile transactions.
Generate and prepare daily revenue reports.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance.
Maintain hotel security and respond to emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
