Looking for a Highly Motivated Administrative Assistant

Provide outstanding administrative and front desk support services

Responsibilities:

Looking for very energetic / friendly / outgoing / self-motivated administrative assistant that can handle busy multi-line inbound calls and set up appointments for sales/service technicians.

Perform typical administrative functions: incoming and outgoing e-mail, scanning, data entry and other related duties like faxing.

Be able to provide excellent customer service.

Create quotations and invoices for jobs. Process paperwork in timely manner.

Coordinate and handle reports, materials and documents.

Qualifications:

- High Level of Organization and Administrative skills

- 5+ Years of Administrative Support

- Associates degree preferred

- Must be highly efficient with Microsoft Excel and Office

- Outstanding Communication skills (verbal, written and listening)

- Must be extremely dependable/reliable

- Must be detail oriented

- Must be fast, accurate and type a minimum of 50 words per minute

- Great energy

- Able to work individually and as a team

- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes and new responsibilities
