We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Plant Manager to join our team and oversee our plant operations.Job Description:Position Overview: The Manufacturing Plant Manager will play a crucial role in managing our production and inventory processes. This individual will be responsible for various administrative and operative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the plant.Key Responsibilities: Oversee production control and inventory orders. Manage document scanning and archiving processes. Supervise paper and archives control. Coordinate driver dispatch and logistics. Handle other administrative and operative tasks as needed. Organize the stock room and manage inventory, including lifting items up to 50 lbs. Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Set and track operational goals, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Qualifications: Proficiency in both English and Spanish. Strong skills in managing Excel and other computer and digital devices. Proactive and able to work independently. Extensive knowledge of inventory management and control. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proven experience in managing people and leading teams. Strong ability to set, track, and achieve operational goals.
