Warehouse Fulfillment

Short Par 4 is seeking hardworking individuals who enjoy staying busy and thrive in a warehouse environment,fulfilling and shipping orders. The ideal candidate will be efficient and detail oriented in their role, autonomously achieving their daily tasks with little oversight. This is a full time, on site position from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities include:

Accurately picking customer orders and packing according to company processes

Prepare orders for shipment with labels, staging and pickups

Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy

Receive incoming shipments

Process returns

Monitor shipping supplies and warehouse materials

Maintain a clean & safe working environment

Contribute to warehouse policies and efficiencies strategy meetings

Qualification Requirements

Fluency in English

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to use a computer

Legally able to work in the USA and over the age of 18

Ability to stand/walk for majority of shift (8 hours)

Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly

Preferred (but not required)

Experience in the fulfillment industry

Forklift experience/certified

Inventory systems (ERP) experience
