Need Experienced Carpenter $10,000

We are looking for someone to correct our building to comply with code compliance.

We need 2 walls dropped to pony walls, 1 wall removed, 6 sinks removed and water/drain lines capped and drywalled over.

1 bathtub removed and new one installed. Prefab surround as well removed and installed.

Flooring/trim finished in 2 connected spaces approx 2000 Sq ft one level

We will purchase all materials.

We can pay $10,000 for the labor. First half paid when Flooring/trim is in and final payment at completion.
