Fiberglass Technician – Full Time

FLS Composites LLC is looking to hire a full-time Fiberglass technician. 40 hours per week.

FLS Composites produces fiberglass products such as planter boxes, decorative panels, and boats at our Honolulu Harbor location. We are looking to expand our team of fiberglass technicians. Visit www.FLSComposites.com for examples of our work.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Sand, grind, and trim fiberglass products using basic carpentry skills.

Assist in fiberglass laminating and fabrication.

Lift and move fiberglass products as needed.

Roller paint finished fiberglass products.

Hours: M-Th 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, F 7:00 am – 11:00 am

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license.

Able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to communicate effectively in English.

Punctual, regular and reliable attendance

Previous fiberglass experience preferred but not required

Previous carpentry experience preferred but not required

Must be able to successfully obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) (Company expense)

All candidates must submit to and pass a post-offer drug screening, physical test, and a background check before employment begins.

Must show proof of work eligibility in the United States.
