Machine Shop Support- Manufacturing

Four Day Work Week! 3-DAY WEEKENDS!

ATI is a family-owned and operated producer of American-made parts for high-performance automobiles that includes everything from street rods to NASCAR! Led by a hard-working team made up of some of the top talent in the industry, our climate-controlled manufacturing facility is filled with the highest quality, cutting edge, state-of-the-art machining equipment used to build the parts that make cars GO FAST. This is a highly physical position, so we are looking for an energetic, full-time individual to support our machine shop and assembly team members.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade and is willing to put in the work. You’ll also gain experience and skills in a manufacturing environment in prioritizing tasks, time management and organization.

Your Skills/Qualifications:

Aptitude for physically demanding positions in a manufacturing shop environment

Problem solving skills with a mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently or as a team member

The ability to work with small parts and basic tools with accuracy and a high degree of detail

Follow detailed and specific assembly instructions, processes, and procedures for an assembly

Good communication skills with team members and supervisors

Positive attitude

Able to meet deadlines and timely follow up with supervisors with status of projects

Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace

Warehouse or manufacturing background highly regarded

Position Requirements:

This is a safety-sensitive position, pre-employment drug screen is required of all applicants considered for working trials or offers of employment.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Reliable transportation – this position requires punctuality and dependable job attendance

Able to work Monday- Thursday 6am-4.30pm

Ability to use hand tools

Consistent ability to meet production standards and work independently to maintain high quality work standards

Ability to frequently lift, carry, bend, stoop, push, pull and/or reach up to 75 lbs. regularly

Ability to stand and walk, as required throughout the day
