South Jersey CML is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for this Direct Hire opportunity. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for keeping the equipment in good operating condition by performing preventive maintenance, machine tests, troubleshooting, and performing repairs as directed by the maintenance manager.

Requirements:

-Must have 3 to 5 years experience with mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics hydraulics (electrical, PLC, drives, contacts, and relays) are a plus

-Must have experience with replacing motors, air valves, brushing, and bearings, preventative maintenance of all machines, and minor welding

-Equipment to be maintained includes dough mixers, automatic sheeter machines, three-section proofers, industrial fryers, ovens, automated conveyors, industrial rack washers, sewer lift pumps

-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

-Previous food industry experience preferred'
