SALARY: Qualified Support Specialists will be paid 200Incentive After Training and Placed on 35$/Hr Take Home, With Salary Reviews Every Quarter.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for assisting customers and internal users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Their primary role is to troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical problems.

Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.

Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Perform routine system maintenance and updates.

Assist in setting up new devices and user accounts.

Educate users on best practices for cybersecurity and IT system usage.

Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall system performance and user experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.

Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).

Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
