Head Distiller / Production Manager

Whatever title you choose, the bottom line is we’re looking to fill a key role on the O&B team. O’Brien & Brough is in the process of expanding production capabilities and we’re seeking a knowledgeable and (preferably) experienced person to take ownership of the manufacturing side of distillery operations. As the “fill-in-your-title-here,” you would be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of product manufacturing, as well as facilitating distribution. This role will work closely with ownership, as well as the Tasting Room team, and the existing Production Assistant to develop and create products that will be sold in bottles and cocktails throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Intimate knowledge of spirits production from start to finish is required; management experience (broadly defined) is required; an ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and communicate is required.
