Business Development Manager/Administrative Assistant
The Business Development Manager goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and creating strong relationships with clients.
Duties Include:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales people.
Assist Upper Management with Administrative Duties
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role.
Proven sales track record.
Experience in customer service.
Market knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Compliance with all policies and procedures of VP Fitness, LLC.

The location is 10 Dorrance Street, Suite 200, Providence, Rhode Island 02903. Hourly pay varies on experience ranging from $16-$18 per hour PLUS Commission.
