Work responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

Fulfilling work orders for multi unit buildings

Grounds keeping

Assisting property managers

On site crew leader will be there to assist.

Basic Maintenance Skills required such as, basic drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing, evaluating problems.
