Bookkeeper (Fondren / S. Braeswood)

CPA is seeking to add to his current staff a full time employee.

Candidates must be detail oriented, computer literate and highly organized.

Duties include but not limited to:

Bookkeeping for multiple companies

Filling out 1099 and w2 forms

Run Payroll

Income Tax Preparation

Communicate with clients

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience

Proficient with Excel is mandatory

Highly Organized

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Excellent communication skills

Professional personal appearance

Spanish is a plus!
