Commercial Carpenter/Foreman

We are a small commercial carpentry co, typically with 2-4 jobs going at a time. Looking for someone with good interior and frame carpentry experience, more importantly someone who is dependable and honest. If you are drama free and can provide references , we would like to hear from you . Ideally we are looking for someone younger who hasn't established bad habits, both on and off site. Job description will be hands on at times (punch work, trim install etc) but more likely keeping track of jobs-ideal candidate would be good with computers/spreadsheets-able to be organize and commutate well.Looking for someone who ultimately has foreman experience , can communicate well and keep jobs moving by anticipating scope and material

If experienced at overseeing/running and a decent carpenter can start off higher per hour

Could start as part time but likely will be fun time, pay dependent on experience -likely start mid to high 20's/hour -more if you can really run these jobs and take some load off me

We work on multi family apartment jobs, and framing jobs

OSHA-10 cert is preferred, not required. Dependable transportation needed
