Responsibilities:

- Perform appliance repairs, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues

- Conduct HVAC/R system maintenance and repairs

- Repair and maintain various types of equipment

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

- Complete service calls in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field

- Knowledge of appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, and equipment repair

- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
