Egg Gatherer- Banner Breeder Ranch (Day Shift)

Pay Rate:  $18.00 per hour(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)We offer our Team Members the following benefits:Medical, dental, and vision health insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents.Voluntary benefits such as Group Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Group Accident Coverage, Group Critical Illness Coverage, Individual Short-Term Disability Insurance, and Whole Life Insurance.Flexible Spending Accounts (Health Care FSA and Dependent Daycare FSA).Employee Assistance Program (EAP).College tuition reimbursement (70% tuition, 70% books, and 70% parking).401(k) Retirement Plan with a Company-contribution of up to 4%.Vacation, sick, holiday, funeral, and jury duty pay.JOB DUTIES:Gather eggs which includes:Sorting eggs for: Size, Clean or dirty, Miss-shaped, Chex or cracks, Clean eggs as needed, Stacking flats.Clean workrooms.Empty trash.Change dip pans daily - empty rectangular pan 1/2 full of liquid, replace liquid.Walk floors and slats to find eggs & dead birds: 1)Walk houses 4-5 times daily;Gather onto flats up to 13,600 eggs daily from conveyor belts.Help maintain & clean ranch grounds.Clean waters - lifting 40 lbs. to dump water, scrubbing up to 160 drinkers/day.Clean ceiling lights.Transfer to other farms.Clean up ranch between flocks - routine heavy lifting, operate high-pressure washer.Additional tasks as assigned.
