Position: Accounts Payable-Receivable / Admin Assistant
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Type: Full-Type
Responsibilities:
Process all payments
Vendor communication for payments
Strong Data entry
Performing other accounting/admin duties as assigned based on accounting department deadlines.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, taking ownership for the responsibilities and ensuring accuracy
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn new computer applications
Ability and desire to learn quickly
Detail-oriented and passion for getting the details right
Mentality that no job is too big or too small
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Excellent customer service, with vendors, customers, and employees
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexibility: ability to adapt to changing priorities in our fast-paced environment.
