Property Manager

Do you have at least one year of Property Management experience and live in or close to Arbuckle, CA?

If so, we need you! We have an immediate need for an Property Manager for a complex located in Arbuckle.

This is a contract position and would last a minimum of 3 month!

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and the pay is $22-$23/hr

Some of your primary duties would include:

-Collecting monthly rent, security deposits and enforcing rental agreement.

-Make bank deposits and mail journal sheets.

-Make collection efforts to secure payment of past due rental, or damages.

when necessary, serve legal notices on tenants for non-payment of rent or institute eviction proceedings.

-Show and rent apartments; prepare tenancy agreements and income certification forms.

-Prepare move in and move out inspection reports.

-Prepare apartments for re-renting.

-Keep the office and common areas clean and free of debris.

-Maintain good public relations with the community.

-Supervise all maintenance including contractors when necessary.

-Ability to read and write; ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner with residents, supervisors and vendors; regular and predictable attendance.

-Other duties as assigned by your Property Supervisor or the head office.
