E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist

Thatch is a fashion jewelry brand located in Point Loma's Liberty Station. With a growing and thriving e-commerce and wholesale business, we need a dedicated fulfillment specialist.

Responsibilities

Looking for assistance with the following tasks, including but not limited to:

E-commerce online order fulfillment

Packaging product for order fulfillment

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments

Online and phone customer service

Organize and manage product and shipping material inventory levels

Quality control incoming products

Aide in cleaning, organizing, occasional errands etc.

Skills and Qualities

We are looking for an individual who has the following skills and qualities:

Highly organized

Detail oriented

Self sufficient

Good communication and writing skills

Fast paced and efficient

Quick learner

Works well both alone and in a team environment

Takes direction well

Shopify experience encouraged by not required
