Colab Public house is a venue offering small batch distillery, wine, and craft beers. Our spirit bar/speakeasy 117 West is a small batch distiller of Whiskey, Rum, Rye, Gin, Tequila and Vodka.

We are interviewing for experienced bartenders at our Colab Public House location in Vista.

As a bartender, professionalism, positive attitude, work ethics, team work and knowledge of spirits and mixers are required.

Job Description:

Open/close

Daily Prep work

Set up and clean up of the station.

Bussing and washing glassware.

Knowledge of popular mixes and ingredients.

Great communication skills with customers.

Team work with other employees and partners.

Knowledge of Square POS system.

Being able to lift between 20-50 lbs.

Bartending License helpful.
