Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual Administrative Assistant with property management or real estate experience to join our growing team! If you’ve worked in real estate offices, managed properties, or handled client relations in a housing-related field, this is a fantastic opportunity to expand your career in a supportive, mission-driven environment. A license is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, managing front desk operations
Support real estate transactions and property management tasks
Assist with client communications, both in-person and via phone/email
Create and manage social media content to promote listings and company services
Generate, organize, and print reports related to properties and clients
Maintain office supplies and handle basic administrative tasks
Provide outstanding bilingual customer service (English/Spanish)
Coordinate with real estate agents and assist in day-to-day operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property management, or related fields
Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic office software
Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
Reliable transportation and punctuality
