Appointment Coordinator

Non-profit organization is seeking Appointment Coordinators who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and assisting callers with scheduling tax appointments in their designated counties. The VITA program is an IRS initiative designed to support free tax preparation services for the under-served. This service helps low-to-moderate income individuals, persons with disabilities, the elderly, and limited English speakers file their taxes each year.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6:00pm

$17.00-$17.50/hour

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED

Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin or Vietnamese

2+ years of customer service or call center experience

Strong communication skills
