Inside Sales Representative – Construction

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to generate leads and close deals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Provide estimates, and follow up on inquiries.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Experience in construction sales or a related field.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be bilingual ( English and Spanish)
