Janitorial Services at Lee Vista Promenade

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Janitorial Services team member at Lee Vista Promenade in Orlando. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire property.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the property

Pick up trash and debris to maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed

Sweep sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas

Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
