Sous Chef - Birdie Bar & Brasserie
With a menu inspired by traditional British cuisine with a modern Australian twist, our Birdie is colourful and curious, named rightfully so after the Australian little bird, Lori.  As our Sous Chef, you will support our Head Chef in the hands-on management of the Kitchen team. You will oversee the restaurant, room service and conferencing operations. As a leader, you will inspire a positive and authentic working environment in the Kitchen and also through your interactions amongst departments. Each dish served will be of the highest quality and delivered with impeccable presentation.
