Training Requirement:
4 weeks of training in Beloit, WI

ACM is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its team. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and organizing all maintenance and repair functions related to the facility, equipment, machines, and tooling. They will oversee the maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed safely, correctly and in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
Monitoring and organizes the daily service requests in Service Now
Organizing and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance associates
Maintaining weekly schedule for Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on machines
Inspecting building regularly to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
Training maintenance department associates
Conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
Handling discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
Reporting all machine breakdowns to Plant Operations Manager immediately
Gathering quotes and making purchases for building and machine repairs
Maintaining a safe work environment for all associates
Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a maintenance leadership role is required
Exceptional management and supervisory skills
Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for machine and building repairs and upkeep
Physical Demand:
Associate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for a full 8-hour day.
Work Environment:
100% manufacturing setting
Associate must comply with assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirement in varies areas, including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety shoes.
Associate will have exposure to typical working conditions within the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to, seasonal temperature changes, occasional exposure to exhaust fumes, dirt, dust, debris, and grease, moving forklift equipment, and pinch points on machinery.

Pay Rate Information
$25-27/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
