Nurse - South Lake Tahoe

Nurses for on-site care at Elevate Addiction Services - South Lake Tahoe. (RN, LVN or LPN)

Job duties include:

-Ensuring client health concerns are handled expeditiously.

-Liaising with outside health professionals and the Medical Doctor regarding client health needs.

-Overseeing client self-administration of medications.

-Reviewing and signing off on paperwork.

-Transportation to and from medical appointments for clients.

-Meeting with clients upon intake.

Job qualifications include:

-Valid licensure as an LVN or LPN within the state of California.

-Valid California Driver's License.

-CPR/FIRST AID certification.

-Experience is a plus.

-Computer proficiency.

-Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

5 days per week, 40 hours.
