We’re expanding our services to include therapeutic and relaxing massage—and we’re looking for someone awesome to join our team! If you’re passionate about massage and want to work in a laid-back but professional environment, we’d love to chat.

What Makes Us Different?

Work-Life Balance: We believe in 6-hour shifts to keep things balanced. Work Sunday and one night a week, or choose two evening shifts per week—your call! We're open to full time for a candidate with a clientele. New to the industry? Start with a few shifts a week!

No Body Treatments: We don’t do the typical “spa stuff” like body wraps and scrubs. Just therapeutic massage and relaxation.

Tech That Works: You’ll have top-of-the-line ADA-compliant hydraulic treatment tables, a solid sound system, and online booking.

Fair Pay: You keep no-show deposits, earn commission, and get a cut of price increases. And yes, 100% of your tips (cash or Venmo) go directly to you.

Clientele Ready for You: We’ve got an established client base, plus a growing downtown community to market to.

Ongoing Support: You’ll have a team that backs you up, continuing education, and the chance to grow.

Personality Traits:

You’re fun, optimistic, and always up for learning.

Open to feedback, and you’re good at tackling challenges head-on.

You work independently, but also know when to collaborate.

You’re professional and warm, making clients and teammates feel at ease.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in deep tissue, prenatal, or hot stone? Huge bonus. If not, we’re still open to training the right person.

Success Metrics

Building solid relationships with clients and keeping them coming back.

Hitting pre-booking goals and staying a reliable part of the team.

Schedule & Compensation

Start with two shifts per week, with the possibility of picking up more.
