The Role: Sous Chef
As our Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest culinary standards. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu execution to staff management. Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Leadership: Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in every dish.
Menu Execution: Assist in designing and executing seasonal menus that highlight fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
Quality Control: Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency with our refined service standards.
Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste without compromising quality.
Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure.
A commitment to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
