Sous Chef/Senior Line Chef with Accommodation

Senior Sous/Sous Chef/Senior Line Chef required for small restaurant company (one bistro, one fine dining) with wedding and event catering, based in Roxbury in the Catskills. Full-time accommodation available for the right applicant. Full-time position, excellent pay, relates to experience level. Mostly evening line, grill or sauce work. This is not a day prep job.
