Lead Telcomm Installation Tech (Southern California)

We are looking for outstanding candidates who are experienced service and installation technicians for CCTV, A/V, Structured Cabling and Fiber Optics. 95% of the work is prevailing wage. Must be a self starter, possess excellent troubleshooting skills, and must be able to lead and work in a team environment with no supervision. Must have excellent work ethic, customer service skills and be able to pass a background check and have no felonies or DUI's. Submit resume with salary history for consideration.

Industry certifications are a plus.

Techs must have extensive knowledge in the following to be considered:

1) Excellent customer service skills

2) Structured cabling

3) Must have truck and tools (6' ladder, hand tools, punch tool with all blades, butt set, tone & probe, 4-pair tester, cordless drill, etc.)

4) 6-years+ minimum field experience

5) CCTV system integration

6) Basic networking experience and working knowledge of IP-based systems

7) Wireless systems integration a plus

8) Other PBX system experience desirable

9) Ability to work independently with no supervision, and with a team when/as needed

10) Electrical experience a plus

11) Ability to bend conduit efficiently A BIG PLUS

12) Audio/Visual experience a plus

-Any BICSI or manufacture certifications are a big plus

-Able to pass extensive background checks A MUST (DOJ & FBI)
