Job Description: As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in preparing and properly cooking our lunch items, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. You'll work closely with our kitchen manager to deliver a one of a kind experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes according to Seoul Sausage’s recipes and standards

Assist manager with morning catering orders

Ensure the kitchen is stocked and organized, following food safety guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow

Assist in menu prep, portioning, and food preparation as needed

Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience preferred (1-3 years)

A passion for food and Korean cuisine

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Must be a team player and adaptable to changing needs

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
