Barmel is Carmel's premiere cocktail bar and nightlife spot.

We are able to cross the lines between a sophisticated cocktail bar and a fun music and dancing bar.

We are currently hiring to fill in some gaps as we look forward to a busy 2025 season.

Available positions are:

full-time opening prep and line cook (1pm-8pm)

full-time or part-time opening bartender (1pm-8pm)

part-time cocktail server (early and late shifts available)

part-time door/security (Fridays and Saturdays late)

We pay very competitive wages, with excellent tip potential.
