Civil Litigation Attorney

ATTORNEY CIVIL LITIGATION - California law firm is seeking a litigation attorney to conduct work as a full-time employee. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in civil litigation working on behalf of banks and other financial institutions.

Qualified candidate will be handling cases from beginning to end; including investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, argument, statements, and settlements.

Qualifications:

JD from accredited law school and license to practice in the State of California required.

Capable of working independently on-site and as a team member

Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

Ability to review depositions and other documents.

Ability to manage high volume practice.
