Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative(CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all the customers of Alioto's Auto Body & Paint. This is an entry level position with no experience needed but preferred. We will teach if you are willing to learn.
Duties:
Review with customers and walk-through the repair process: Greet customers by phone or in-person; explain to customers about the collision repair process, including insurance claims information, processing, and payment procedures. The CSR is responsible for maintaining an positive relationship with each customer to support an excellent customer experience.
Vehicle intake process: This includes mapping damage, photographing vehicles, and documenting work files per company and repair partner standards.
Perform administrative tasks: Administrative tasks include collecting payments, updating rentals management via ARMS, supporting location manager as needed, and conducting Accounts Receivable follow-up.
Job duties/description may be adjusted or added based on the needs of the business or at management discretion.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
Ability to work cohesively with the team to meet shared goals.
Effective time management.
Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Communicate effectively with teammates, customers, and business partners.
Proficient with computers and email.
Valid drivers' license required.
Available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
