Little Sky Bakery & Kitchen is a bakery and cafe specializing in naturally leavened breads, baked goods and prepared foods . We are a group of straight-forward, passionate and dedicated people, and are looking for similar-spirited people to join our team.

Position Description:

We are looking for a bread, pastry and coffee enthusiast with barista and customer service experience for an opportunity to work in our Menlo Park cafe and pop-up bakery stand.

This role is the primary point of contact for all customers in both locations. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of Little Sky’s offerings (after training, of course!).

Weekend availability required; we have full or part time schedules available.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide a friendly, welcoming environment.

- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of Little Sky’s products.

- Engage in sampling throughout the shift.

- Prepare a variety of coffees for customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer service interactions.

- Maintain a clean and beautiful space by ensuring that all sidework is complete, supply pars are maintained and products are merchandised throughout the shift.

- Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained.

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour, plus tips; sick pay and employee meals
