Server and or/Bartender

Job Description:

Dutchman’s is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server and/or Bartender to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional customer service

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and safety regulations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area

Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system

Assist in restocking inventory and bar supplies

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server and/or bartender is required

Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol

Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
