Family Nurse Practitioner

Family Nurse Practitioner with 2 years minimum experience. Monday through Friday 8am- 5 pm and weekend availability.

Functions independently to perform physical examinations of patients to evaluate health and diagnose illnesses

Order and perform diagnostic tests, such as X-Rays, EKG’s and laboratory tests

Determine, plan, and initiate appropriate treatment, and adjust treatment if necessary

Prescribe and dispense medications

Document medical information of patients and maintain electronic medical records
