Jacobs Law is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our growing team. You will work closely with our attorneys and administrative team on estate planning, estate administration, and corporate matters. Your daily responsibilities will focus on client communication, document preparation, and case management.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate filings, and corporate formation documents.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and advisors to provide case updates and ensure a smooth legal process.
- Oversee the filing of deeds, probate petitions, and corporate reports.
- Assist with prospective client intake and new case evaluations.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and workflow to maintain efficiency.
- Support attorneys with research, document organization, and case management.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning, probate, or corporate law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities without missing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with WealthCounsel, Clio, Georgia E-filing systems, and Mac computers preferred.
